Purchase terms and conditions

A Rebelsurf sales representative will contact you for more information once you have placed a deposit. Full payments are due before pick-up or delivery of board. Handover will not be completed unless full payment is made.

The Jetsurf is a state-of-the-art machine requiring care and maintenance. Therefore, all board purchases require a 3-hour formal technical training in order to be eligible for warranties claims. No warranties will be honoured without formal Jetsurf training by a certified trainer. Training will be provided on the day of delivery, at a mutually agreed and suitable location.

Race Titanium boards are for racing purposes only and do not qualify for any factory warranty. All non-Titanium refurbished boards qualify for a 3 months warranty unless otherwise specified.

Pre-owned boards have accessories included in the description.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

  1. Rebelsurf does not offer a return policy on board purchases and on helmets.
  2. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
  3. Original receipts and packaging must be undamaged

RETURN POLICY – SHIPPING FEES AND OTHER FEES

  • Shipping cost are not returned and return shipping costs are to be borne by the purchaser
  • Handover fees (including venue rental if applicable) and banking fees cannot be refunded
